Jungle’s Edge is the only retreat center in Costa Rica offering dedicated mat space and daily Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, MMA, and Boxing classes alongside accommodations and homemade meals, all on-site. Our training sessions focus on small groups with specialized attention.

One unique benefit of joining our retreats is the flexibility they offer. Our retreats are interchangeable, meaning that participants in a BJJ retreat can also attend Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing, or Yoga sessions – and vice versa. This adaptability allows you to explore new disciplines and make the most of your time with us by mixing and matching different classes to suit your interests and goals.

Surf, Yoga & More

Located near Playa Guiones, a beach ideal for all surfing levels, and several advanced-only beaches, Jungle's Edge is perfect for surf retreats. We’ve partnered with Bodhi Tree Yoga for yoga sessions in our retreat packages. Nosara, being in one of the world's Blue Zones, is ideal for wellness and relaxation.

Accommodations for Every Budget

From rustic glamping-style cabins to a 6-bedroom hilltop villa with spectacular views, Jungle’s Edge offers a wide range of accommodations. Our grounds merge with the jungle, offering an immersive natural experience with sightings of exotic wildlife like howler monkeys and birds.

Two Retreat Packages: Gold and Silver

To accommodate different preferences, we offer two retreat packages: Gold and Silver.

• Gold Package: Enjoy all-inclusive dining with three gourmet meals per day, plus refreshing daily juices and smoothies. This package also offers unlimited access to all training sessions, yoga classes, and our invigorating cold plunge experience.

• Silver Package: Start and end your day with delicious breakfast and dinner, and enjoy one training or yoga class daily for a balanced retreat experience.

Sustainable Living & Organic Dining

We grow our own fruits and vegetables using sustainable permaculture farming practices. Enjoy fresh, organic meals at our on-site restaurant, Acachete, or grab a smoothie or cappuccino at our juice and coffee bar.
