Retreats will offer daily Yoga practice at our neighboring facility, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, just a few minutes away (transportation included).

Stroll our 125 meters of organic garden, swim in the saltwater pool, and enjoy the jungle views that are guaranteed to enrich your body, mind, and soul. Try something new and keep tapping into your body’s power by taking surf or martial arts classes, exploring the town, or simply relaxing and enjoying our resort. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, friends, and groups.

What is included?

NOTE: You CAN mix and match Yoga, BJJ, & Muay Thai. Ex: If someone in your party wants to do the Yoga retreat, and another the BJJ retreat, just book the party leader’s retreat and add adults to the room. Then you can email us who wants to do what. There is no price difference for BJJ, Muay Thai & Yoga and you will have unlimited access to all.

What is a typical day?

Wake up to the sounds of howler monkeys playing in the trees.

Our organic, all-natural breakfast connects you back to the Earth. Then try our signature blend of Costa Rican coffee, or sip on one of our assorted teas.

Your arranged ride delivers you to the steps of one of the finest yoga centers in Costa Rica–or the world for that matter. Open your body and mind to the vibration of healing in Nosara and return to yourself.

Enjoy our space by exploring the garden and hilltop pool, finding a quiet corner to meditate, or exploring the nature that surrounds and is our beautiful resort. Alternatively, get out and explore all that Nosara has to offer from horseback riding and snorkeling to cafés and boutiques.

After movement and exploration, come back for nourishment at A Cachete, our onsite restaurant.

If you're a nomadic worker, take advantage of our co-working spaces and high-speed wifi. If you're still energized, step out of your comfort zone and try out a surf lesson or martial arts class.

When the sun sets at the North end of Guiones, another side of this town comes alive; you won't want to miss it! Take it all in before resting up under the jungle leaves for another day of discovery.
