What is included?

NOTE: You CAN mix and match Muay Thai, BJJ & Yoga. Ex: If someone in your party wants to do the Muay Thai retreat, and another the Yoga retreat, just book the party leader’s retreat and add adults to the room. Then you can email us who wants to do what. There is no price difference for BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing & Yoga and you will have unlimited access to all.

What is a typical day ?

When the howler monkeys clear the air at sunrise, you know you made the right decision to train martial arts in the jungle. You're stepping out of the ordinary and returning to the primal with Muay Thai.

Are you intermittent fasting, or do you want a traditional organic Tico breakfast? Either way, there’s many options to nourish your body before or after getting on the mat.

You are at home in the biggest and most unique martial arts space in Costa Rica.

Try something new and keep tapping into your body’s power by taking a surf or yoga class, explore the town, or simply kick back and relax at our resort.

Replenish yourself at A Cachete, our onsite restaurant with a clean, locally sourced dinner and enjoy a night out or chill with us as the fireflies come out.
