Yoga & Fitness Classes

Jungles Edge offers daily classes in both Yoga and Fitness for all guests. We believe the body is at its best when daily stimulation of multiple muscle groups are combined with a healthy diet. Join us in the Jungle whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness guru. We have something for everybody! Whether you are staying with us or just stopping by for a quick session, check out our juice bar before or after your class. The juice bar is located in the Rancho just steps from our studio.

Yoga

The quiet and colorful grounds offer a distinctly opposite feel of a busy hotel. This allows you to relax and reach pure zen in a place like you have never experienced. Jungles Edge offers an environment that is perfect for those seeking daily classes, or even a large group wishing to get away from the noise. Sessions include a plethora of styles including Prana, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. Free for Yoga and Fitness retreaters. Ask about our drop-in rates for everyone else!

Fitness (TRX & Circuits)

Fitness guru Jon Mangogna will take you above and beyond what you thought you were capable of. Whether your goal is to lose weight and get in shape, or high-performance training to take your surfing to the next level, Jon is the go to guy for all of  Nosara. No two classes are ever the same as Jon incorporates TRX training, kick-boxing, and ultimate core & balance routines to shock your body each and every day. Free for Yoga and Fitness retreaters.
