Jungles Edge is nestled in amongst the lushest green jungle and mountains that Central America has to offer. Our facilities are within a 15 minute peaceful walk to beautiful Guiones Beach and village. Guiones Beach has a unique marbled appearance of black and champagne colored sand, and the warm tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean. While in the village you will find cafes, shops, and available banks. Our facilities are also only a short 5-minute walk to the nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

Saltwater Infinity Pool

The eco-friendly saltwater infinity pool has breathtaking views of the mountains and the jungle surrounding Jungles Edge. It was ranked in BedandBreakfast.com “Top 10 Cool Pools in the world for 2013″ and is the largest saltwater pool in Costa Rica. Click here for more photos of our pool!

Open Air Training Studio

The open air training studio is in use each day with yoga, fitness classes, MMA classes, and Boxing classes. We have bags and pads for all users but encourage those who have equipment to bring their own.

Quench your thirst with some jungle juice. All juices are made from locally grown fruits and vegetables that are sure to help cleanse your body. We offer a plethora of smoothies too!

Complimentary wireless service is available throughout Jungles Edge and all accommodations, including Little Lotus Suites, Lotus Suites, Jungle Huts, and The Sunhouse VIP Suites. Our WiFi connection is also available throughout our entire property, making sure that you can still manage your business while on vacation!

Relax in our open air, cool, and spacious rancho that’s truly on the Jungle’s Edge. The dining experience at Jungles Edge is sure to make your day or night even better. Our chefs prepare the local Costa Rican cuisine daily and fresh fruit cocktails are made nightly. There are many local shops and restaurants to choose from on this special exploration day. Ask our staff for suggestions and favorites! Buffet style meals are available for groups!

Since most of our guests are coming from outside of the country, and typically arriving via airplane, Jungles Edge offers airport shuttles for all of our guests.

Beach Shuttle

It’s no secret that our local beaches are perhaps out most popular attractions at Jungles Edge. Guiones Beach, especially, is internationally known for its beautiful scenery and world-class waves. In order to help our guests easily access our beautiful beaches we offer shuttles to and from the beach for a simple $2 (each way). Save yourself some valuable time and inquire about our beach shuttles once you arrive at our facility in Costa Rica!

Guiones Beach

National Geographic Adventurer declared Guiones Beach as one of the World’s Top 20 surf locations. Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and Playa Nosara are also protected as a wildlife refuge, and almost half of the region is protected forest land. Enjoy year-round consistent surf conditions that challenge the seasoned surfer but also offer great learning opportunities for beginners. Surf lessons with certified instructors are also available.

 

All of Jungles Edge’s guests will have access to these amenities. Please note that the pool however is only open between the hours of 10am-5pm. Guest staying in the Sunhouse VIP Suites have extended pool hours.
